My daughter has been playing this game. Has unlocked a lot of items. Has purchased all the toys in Al's Toy Barn. However, the other day, when she went to play, all the toys were locked and it was like she did not purchase them. She earned more money to see if she could re-buy Bullseye, and she cannot. The level of the game is the same. She has the goo machine, the quests are still completed. What happened and why are all her items locked. Thanks.

Does she have a memory card as well as a hard-drive, the hard-drive is the big thing that slots on-top of your xbox.

your daughter will have her saved game allocated on one of the storage systems, when she starts up the game you will have a choice of which storage system you will use, did she make sure she selected the right one when loaded up the game?
