Anyone miss Bo Peep from Toy Story 3?

I really loved her character and was really saddened when I found out she was not in Toy Story 3. Did anyone else miss the character along with RC and Lenny? Does anyone also know why the writers decided to let the characters go? I know its probably to show the growth of Andy and how toys are getting given away and thrown away with age, but is there any other reason?

Yes, I miss RC the most though, as he had a huge part on Toy Story, the first one. Great movie, teared up at the end, almost felt like it was me driving away with Andy and leaving behind my childhood.....
